RUST CONVERTOR chemically converted the rusty metal into protective layer which is a hard formation. The polymer used is incorporated with reactive organic compounds to transform the rust to act as a primer (will not react with moisture and oxygen).

RUST PREVENTIVE OIL is an excellent rust preventive oil currently sell in the market with good economical value. It is suitable for use in high humid tropical climate. It is an organic filming compound, which prevents rust from forming in ferrous metals during indoor storage or outdoor exposure. RUST PREVENTIVE OIL is organic in nature and contains preservative to prevent bacterial degredation. It is transparent to permit visibility of work components and it can be removed at later stage by non-polar solvents or surfactants.

STEEL-COTE is a solvent based pretreatment chemical which provides sealed phosphate coating on steel and electro Galvanized surface. It provides similar protection to steel surface like zinc phosphate and as such will prevent rust and rust creep. It also improves paint and lacquer adhesion. STEEL-COTE is easily applied by spray, brush, and dip or wiping. It is therefore ideal for application on wide range of steel articles which are too large for normal phosphatizing or with design consisting of concealed or inaccessible area. STEEL-COTE can be applied on steel coated with iron phosphate to enhance the corrosion resistance. It is most useful to engineering workshop whose output does not require a phosphatizing process line.
